ALL SESSIONS ARE 60 MINUTES

PRE REQUISITE INTRODUCTORY CLASS: Postural Analysis and Principles of Pilates

MAT

Stretches, strengthens and tones your body. Engages and challenges core muscles. Works legs, stomach, glutes, arms, lower and upper back muscles.

REFORMER

Strengthens, lengthens, tones. Improves posture, flexibility, coordination and balance. Develops graceful and efficient movement patterns.

TOTAL BARRE

Fusion of Pilates, yoga and ballet. Energetic and challenging. Targets arms, legs and Glutes. Tones and sculpts. Fun and invigorating. No dance experience needed.

WHAT TO BRING : Water, a small towel and socks
